In which countries can i purchase online?

 Online purchases can be made Worldwide. If you need more details or information you are always welcome to ask us.

-  Can i have my order Gift-Wrapped?                                                                                 All products you order can be gift-wrapped in our own printed cotton tote bags and we can also made a cute little hand note as message for your family, friends, girlfriends or boyfriends.

-  Will i receive the same product as i see in the photo?                                                                   All our pictures are taken with the highest quality to reflect every detail of each product. You may find some differences in our handmade dyed products. As we work with natural dyes as Indigo or Ebony seed the colors may varies with the picture. Our Shibori Tie Dye Collection also may have difference as all dyed our one of a kind. That's reflect the Beauty of Handmade Works :)

-  Can I cancel my subscription to Earthernwear newsletter?                                                             If you would like to cancel your subscription from our newsletters please contact us and we will unsubscribe you the same day.

-  Does Earthernwear have a customer service to contact?                                                             Yes, you can contact us through our website, via email at earthernwearshop@gmail.com or via Messenger. You are always welcome to make inquiries about our products, your orders, the payments ways, returns or exchanges and other topics.

-  What happens if one of the items received is damaged?                                                               We will replaced the damaged item as soon as possible providing you the fastest delay we can. To request a replacement please contact us as soon as you see the defect so we will found the best solution for you to replace or arrange it.

-  What should i do if one of the items i received is different from the order one?                           In that case please contact us and we will replace the wrong item as soon as possible without any extra charge. 

When will I received my refund?                                                                                                   That's will depend on which shipping way you choose for the return, Express shipping or Normal Register Airmail. As soon as we received the items and check if there is no damaged we will make the refund. 

Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?                                                       As long as both your billing and shipping addresses are in the same country as each other, we can deliver your order.
