The fabric is super soft and has a black stripe pattern. Medium-thick, breathable, and not a see-through. Elastic full waist. You can wear it high waist or normal waist. 3 tiers bloomer pants which flare out beautifully. Very comfortable on the skin. Very easy to pair and looks good with any top, loose or fitted!
